At Be Awara Kids, we want you and your little ones to love what you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return or exchange process.


Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Have original tags and packaging intact

  • Be free from stains, damage, or alterations

Products failing quality checks will not be eligible for return or exchange.


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

  1. Email us at customercare@beawara.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.


Refund Policy (Store Credit)

  • All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit

  • Store credit is issued as a coupon code sent to your registered email ID

  • Store credits can be redeemed on your next purchase at beawara.com

  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged or defective)

  • Innerwear, socks, or accessories (if applicable)

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or videos for verification

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no extra cost.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Reverse pickup charges may be applicable and will be communicated in advance


Final Decision

Be Awara Kids reserves the right to accept or reject return and exchange requests after quality inspection.
